If we require the power supply or any accessories with the item, they will be specifically mentioned in the "Excellent", "Good" or "Poor" condition specification of the item.
When selecting the condition of the device you'd like to sell, it will state whether the exclusion of a required component will affect the price you'll be offered. For example: if you wish to sell an Apple TV 4th Gen 32GB but you're missing the power supply and/or remote, you should select "poor" condition. If you select any other condition, we'd offer you a revised price as it wouldn't have matched our required selling conditions.
