How can I book a Royal Mail collection?

Choosing Royal Mail Collection as your send option

Booking a collection with Royal Mail is easy and, most importantly, it's FREE! 🚚

👉 At the checkout, choose Royal Mail as your send option

👉 Once you've completed your order, we'll email your Pack & Send Guide containing your collection label (on page 3 of your Pack & Send Guide PDF)

👉 Click the Book My Collection link in your Pack & Send Guide or go to Royal Mail's collection page to start the booking process

Booking your Royal Mail Collection online

⚠ You'll need your unique 13 digit tracking number when booking your collection. This can be found underneath the barcode on your Royal Mail collection label

👉 Follow the on-screen instructions to book your collection. It's simple and easy!

On the date of your collection

✅ Make sure your collection label is clearly visible and attached to the box you're sending.

✅ Royal Mail will come to collect your box and send it back to us. It'll usually take 2-3 working days for your parcel to reach us.

✅ Once your order has been received by us, we'll send you an email to let you know it's been received. 📩
